The Issue
We believe Andile Lungisa's arrest is UNFAIR and the punishment is harsh for an individual acting in self-defense.
It's not in the interest of the Justice System to arrest him!! We, therefore, urge authorities and the relevant institutions to release him.
Cde Andile Lungisa will start his two-year sentence today (17th of September 2020) at the North End Correctional Services Centre in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.
