Unless more people speak up! The animal population in ND is severely at critical point. Many rescues, shelters(not SVAS apparently) and pounds are FULL TO THE BRIM and SVAS yet again is transporting out of state animals.
To all the animals that will have their safe spot taken by irresponsible management of SVAS transports, I apologize from the bottom of heart and hope the rest of us can find you your safe spot before you freeze to death in the coming winter months.
I plea with you all that signed this petition to pressure your new stations, papers and social media friends to bring awareness to what SVAS is doing. 
To the local Minot people that are turned away daily even in dire situations that SVAS received grant money for in more than one occasion….WE HEAR YOU!!! 
Stand up!! TELL THEM NO MORE TRANSPORTS! Animals are not to be flipped for cash for your benefit!!!!
