SVAS on their own website advertises they provide services to women fleeing DV situations or emergency housing for homeless humans pets.

As you can see by the messages above in the picture, they routinely turn away these people and pets because they are full of transported animals. 

This is just another grant/donation that is not being used properly. We have turned this instance in to FTC, IRS and DOJ yet again to have their grants audited.
