Shelbi Waters continually states that the pound here in Minot is a “kill-shelter”….

Why are they not intaking local Minot animals and instead partnering to take in hundreds of animals from down south? Can you imagine the lives saved from literally freezing to death or the lives impacted from not losing body parts in the brutal winters here if they would step up and save hundreds from their own state? 
For every animal they bring up, it takes the “opportunity” from a local animal here to be saved!
