That North Dakota is full of local feral animals, local animals that need surrender, animals that are in local puppy mills and animals that need LOCAL inventions to curb the population here. 
It is maddening that a “so called pillar” in the community keeps bring transport after transport here when (and read that screenshot again) NINE HUNDRED PLUS animals have been surrendered/trapped since the incident a short time ago. (Article linked below) 

We would really like to know what “statistics” SVAS is going by that shows ND is not full…. Anyone know?
