LE SSERAFIM barely active after the fan meeting, the frequency of activity on social media was not much either. However, fans realized recently that the level of hatred towards LE SSERAFIM had risen rapidly, bringing up old articles and issues that could not be tolerated. The malicious comments became uncontrollable. Both buzzer and haters continue to attack due to the fact that the company has absolutely no intention of clarifying the issue.

Therefore, the following are the demands of the fans to SOURCE MUSIC as the main person in charge of LE SSERAFIM: 

1. The fans demand that the company as the main person in charge act decisively by protecting the artist as an obligation and the artist gets proper protection. 

2. Fans demand clarity on the issue of the notice issued on 26 April 2024. 

3. Fans demand that the company prioritize the physical and mental health of the members. 

4. The notice of demand is expected to be done periodically without having to wait for the level of hatred to increase. 

5. The company is required to more actively monitor social media which has the highest level of hatred. 

In light of these demands, we would sincerely like SOURCE MUSIC to respond with results and clarity on these issues no later than 2 weeks after these fan demands are issued.
