Estimado Sr del Toro Perez,
Como la vez anterior, lo que voy a pedirle es muy simple y Ud lo podrá resolver con una llamada telefónica y buena voluntad.
Hace meses que varios vecinos escriben al Ayuntamiento de Ayamonte reclamando de dos agujeros gigantescos que hay a ambos lados del puente que une la Barriada de Punta Del Moral y la playa. Uno esta situado en la entrada de la barriada y el otro frente a la urbanización El Espigon. Este puente ha estado en obras por muchos meses después de 25 años de total abandono, así que, fuimos pacientes. Las obras se terminaron pero los dos agujeros ahi quedaron.
Al principio nos molestaba el hecho de que los agujeros nos sacaran muchas plazas de aparcamiento pero desde que empezó el calor, la prioridad es otra: el olor es absolutamente nauseabundo. Finalmente nos explican que Pryconsa y el Ayto de Ayamonte ya han hecho lo suyo pero que ahora lo que queda pendiente para terminar la obra le compete a Giahsa.
Específicamente lo que se necesita es que Giahsa agilice las conexiones de la impulsion de fecales de Punta Del Moral.
Yo le pregunto a Ud: Porque los ciudadanos que cumplimos con la ley y pagamos nuestros impuestos religiosamente (incluidas las facturas de Giahsa) tenemos que veranear cerca de una cloaca abierta, cuando a Ghiasa le llevaría unos pocos dias el resolver la situación?
Le pido por favor que ud, en su categoría de Presidente del Consejo de Administración de GIAHSA, tenga a bien hacer lo necesario para que esta situación se resuelva cuanto antes.
Le adjunto fotos para que vea la dimension de los agujeros. También le copio el enlace de la petición donde voy a incluir este correo electrónico para así mantener informados a los vecinos.

Dear Mr. del Toro Pérez, I am taking the liberty of troubling you once again.
As before, my request is very simple, and you could resolve it with a single phone call and a bit of goodwill.
For months, several residents have been writing to the Ayamonte Town Council to complain about two gigantic holes located on either side of the bridge connecting the Punta del Moral neighborhood to the beach. One is situated at the entrance to the neighborhood, and the other is opposite the El Espigón residential complex. This bridge underwent construction work for many months following 25 years of total neglect, so we were patient. The construction work has finished, yet the two holes remain.
At first, we were annoyed that the holes were taking up so many parking spaces, but since the hot weather set in, the priority has shifted: the smell is absolutely nauseating. We have finally been told that Pryconsa and the Ayamonte Town Council have done their part, but that the remaining work needed to complete the project is now GIAHSA's responsibility.
Specifically, GIAHSA needs to expedite the connections for the Punta del Moral sewage pumping system.
I ask you: Why must law-abiding citizens who pay their taxes religiously (including GIAHSA bills) spend their summer near an open sewer, when it would take GIAHSA only a few days to resolve the situation?
I ask that you, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of GIAHSA, please take the necessary steps to ensure this situation is resolved as soon as possible.
