Estimados señores,

Me dirijo a ustedes, respetuosamente, en representación de más de 3000 ciudadanos, propietarios de pisos en Isla Canela, Huelva que firmaron la petición https://www.change.org/p/sos-punta-del-moral-isla-canela-ante-el-abandono-de-la-zona-por-el-ayuntamiento

Hace mucho tiempo que venimos solicitando a las diferentes administraciones que arreglen el puente que conecta la Barriada de La Punta Del Moral con la playa. A través de los años, hemos escuchado de las autoridades todas las explicaciones y excusas imaginables, quedando siempre el contribuyente en medio del cruce de los diferentes departamentos estatales que se pasan la pelota.  Y el puente sigue alli, con el asfalto destrozado y la zona peatonal peligrosisima. 

Ustedes son, respectivamente, la máxima autoridad política en Ayamonte y la figura técnica clave encargada de la gestión del dominio público marítimo-terrestre. Son ustedes los que pueden resolver esto.  En este caso, según el acuerdo firmado en Marzo 2025 con el Ayto, Pryconsa se hará cargo del costo de rehabilitación del puente, lo que quiere decir que el estado no tendrá ni que pagar por esta obra. Entonces mi pregunta es:  que debemos hacer para que se resuelva este problema?

Todos sabemos los trágicos acontecimientos que sucedieron en Santander con los 7 alumnos de La Granja hace un mes. Jóvenes que perdieron la vida por que los organismos a cargo de mantener la infraestructura no hicieron su trabajo: o porque no se solicitaron o porque no se concedieron permisos en tiempo y forma, lo que ahora conllevara la correspondiente responsabilidad penal.  Ha sido un verdadero milagro que no haya habido un accidente fatal en este puente de La Punta del Moral.  No esperemos que pase una desgracia para reaccionar.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you, respectfully, on behalf of more than 3,000 residents, apartment owners in Isla Canela, Huelva, who signed the petition https://www.change.org/p/sos-punta-del-moral-isla-canela-ante-el-abandono-de-la-zona-por-el-ayuntamiento

For a long time, we have been requesting that the various administrations repair the bridge that connects the La Punta del Moral neighborhood to the beach. Over the years, we have heard every imaginable explanation and excuse from the authorities, always leaving the taxpayer caught in the middle of the various state departments passing the buck. And the bridge is still there, with its asphalt destroyed and the pedestrian area extremely dangerous.

You are, respectively, the highest political authority in Ayamonte and the key technical figure in charge of managing the public maritime-terrestrial domain. You are the ones who can resolve this. In this case, according to the agreement signed in March 2025 with the City Council, Pryconsa will cover the cost of rehabilitating the bridge, which means the state won't even have to pay for this work. So my question is: what must we do to resolve this problem?

We all know about the tragic events that occurred in Santander with the 7 students from La Granja just over a month ago. Young people who lost their lives because the agencies in charge of maintaining the infrastructure didn't do their job: either because the permits weren't requested or weren't granted in a timely manner, which will now entail the corresponding criminal liability. It has been a true miracle that there hasn't been a fatal accident on this bridge in La Punta del Moral. Let's not wait for a tragedy to happen before we react.
