This petition is to notify the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about the malicious activities and market manipulation efforts by the research firm ‘Hindenburg Research.’ As it is widely reported, Hindenburg Research recently released a misleading and fraudulent short report about the publicly traded company “SOS Limited (NYSE: SOS)” and caused the stock price to lose 60% of its market value in one trading session. The actions of Hindenburg Research, negatively affected many publicly traded companies over the years, and caused serious financial harm to the investors, especially the retail investors.

This petition is therefore to send a strong message to the respectful board of the SEC, and ask them to investigate the motives behind the actions of those responsible for the market manipulation efforts of the Hindenburg Research, and hopefully provide justice for all.
