PSN account banned after 10 years of service and over $2000 invested. Please Help.

The Issue

Hey everybody, thank you for taking a minute to read this.  My PSN account was banned.  While I'm not perfect, I do try to keep a good reputation and follow the TOS.  My Dad and I have a lot invested in this account and we never wanted to lose it.   I've had this account for 10 years.  Many of you might not understand, but this has been a big part of my life for the past 10 years and it's just been ripped away from me.   The trophies, achievements, content,  but more importantly, my friends.  This is my social circle. Some people go the the bar to hang out with friends, some people spend time on facebook, some folks play wow or other games...  I play on PSN with my friends.  

I had been playing this account earlier that day and when I logged on in the evening, my account was banned.  After many phone calls to PSN the only thing they have been able to tell me was that I violated the Terms of Service, and that it had something to do with "fraud".   I was only able to find out this much information after at least 3 phone calls and over 10 live chats.  The only thing that happened that could have been considered or confused with fraud was an incident that happened a few days prior to being banned. 

I was in a community and someone was asking for money for the game GTA 5.   I told him that I didn't have any money to give him, but I had an old account I didn't use any longer with GTA 5.  I'd be willing to let him have that account if he share played the Division.  I've been wanting to try it before I bought it.  This is the only questionable thing that happened and we've never received a warning.  No passwords were exchanged, no access to each others accounts, nothing happened.   At least thats what I thought.   I've requested chat logs from Sony numerous times so I could see what it was that forced them to decided to close my account.  Calling customer service is useless.  You get a call center where the reps have no more information that what you have.  They can't and wouldn't tell me anything.   This is extremely frustrating and I just want Sony to talk to me in detail about what happened and help me understand why they banned my account.  If they cannot show me why, then they need to re-instate my account.  I have over $2000 invested into that account and many many friends that I've made over the years. Its all gone.  Please help me by signing this petition, force Sony to communicate with me, review with me the violations that caused them to ban my account, and hear my side of what happened.   Thank you for your support.
