A lot of Playstation users relied heavily on the included Web Browser in the PS4, whether to quickly check on Social Media and News between gameplay sessions, or due to the lack of alternative Web Browsers (People with No PCs, Smartphones, etc..) . It is a necessary app that accompanied most Game Consoles since the early 2000s. 

So it was saddening to hear that the Playstation 5 would not include a Web Browser app.  It's a big inconvenience not being able to Google a game tip, or check on your favorite game's Social Media page whilst using the console.  Sony assumes people have alternate devices like Smart Phones to access a Web Browser, but many people don't have them around due to certain circumstances, or they prefer the immediacy of switching back and forth between gaming and browsing by a press of a button.

Due to this, we ask that Sony includes a Web Browser in the PS5 via a firmware update, it means a lot to a decent portion of the Playstation userbase, and it's absence will greatly affect those of us who relied on it in the past.
