The parents, volunteers, and employees of the Jackie Joyner Kersee Center have been disrespected and mistreated for years by the Director of Programs & Facilities, Mike Greenfield and Program Director, Simone Springfield. We have asked to be heard by the Board and there has been no response. We asked for refunds, some funds were refunded some were not.We are being banned from activities based on personal, not professional standards. At this point the center is beginning to loose children and will soon loose even more valuable volunteers due to the following:

1. Misappropriation and representation of funds 
2. Disrespectful verbal language and tone
3. Bullying Behaviors of employees and volunteers by directors
4. Neglecting  to meet to discuss concerns
5. Unethical behaviors 

We will continue to make this a public issue until the behaviors of Mr. Michael Greenfield and Mrs. Simone Springfield are reviewed and addressed.
