Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management School's secretariat services are underperforming. They are lacking communication with students.

We are concerned students who urge our leaders to act now to improve these services by the following:

• bi-lingual speaker (French and English)
• better Internal Communication (not bouncing students to other offices)
• provide registration information to Solvay International students before the y arrive (Registration Info, MONULB explanation, GeHoL explanation)
• office hours (M-F 8:30AM to 5PM)
