Summix (developers) have published plans for the development of approx. 2000 new homes on Fulford Hall Farm ( https://summix.com ) to be called Fulford Green.

This development is not within Solihull Councils Local Development Plan (draft) that has its examination in public beginning 27 September 2021. Summix propose to influence the planning inspector to add this site, which is wholly within the green belt, to the LDP.

There has been no formal consultation on these proposals and the draft LDP contains three sites within Blythe ward; sites which have passed through substantial consultation since 2016.

We petition Solihull MBC planners to strenuously oppose these proposal being incorporated within the LDP and the Planning Inspectorate to refuse to add this site to the final LDP to be adopted.
