On 12/26/2020 a black child and his father stayed at a hotel and were assaulted, racially profiled, and traumatized by an unknown karen. The staff on duty instead of alleviating concerns continued to allow said karen to escalate. Management did not involve law enforcement but allowed an assault on a child over an iPhone said karen claimed belonged to her. Instead of management doing its duties of protecting guests of color, management allowed a grown woman not staying in the hotel to harass and assault both father and son. She and management need to be held accountable. Child endangerment and criminal charges need to be filed.
