Have you ever wondered why it is always the 'dad' who provides for the family. Well for every 1 dollar made by a man , a woman earns only 79 cents. So it isn't fair to say that men are smarter and hence they get more money , its just unfair pay! 

I know some companies do not discriminate between men and women when it comes to pay but Id like for many organisations to declare how much they pay men and women.
