Here are some facts to support my cause:
NJ DCPP can come in and remove any child from their parents for any reason or lack there of once someone calls in a claim...false and true claims the same. Once they remove a child they are held to zero burden of proof in court and whether the removal was warranted or not they get kudos and a significant amount of state funding for their agency. Meanwhile, the mother is put thru hell and back fighting for her child. Most give up bc thats how relentless dcpp is. Also, 50% of the Amber Alerts filed in NJ are due to the fact that dcpp removes a child from its mother and places them into foster care. Then moves said child around to so many differentt resource homes that they lose track of the child and an amber alert needs to be filed in order to locate them. Additionally, in NJ anyone can become foster parents; even people who may or may not have had their own children removed from their care previously at some point by dcpp (DYFS). Additionally, in order to become a licensed foster parent in NJ.. it just takes some moNey to purchase this license and there are no evaluations or drug testing of any kind before children are placed into the care of these people. Meanwhile, the biological parents of the child are made to undergo extensive ridiculous evaluations and tests throughout this long drawn out and in most cases unnecessary process. Horrifyingly, in some cases the children are molested, starved, neglected and abused in many different ways..while staying in these foster homes. Some have even lost their lives. And in the cases where the child dies dcpp will turn it around and lie and falsify documents twisting the facts to reflect that the child died while in it's Mother's care and that's why they have to have this power to remove children from their mothers. However, that is nothing but a bold-faced lie that they get away with because of all this money. All that being said, it's like no one knows or cares about any of these facts. Meanwhile, children are being hurt and traumatized in many ways along with their families. All so that DCPP and foster families can line their pockets. Go USA!!! Go New Jersey!!!!! �������
