Thank you to everyone who has signed our petition. We would encourage people to read our gal-dem article explaining our reasons for launching the petition. This petition is not aimed at reducing transparency around police brutality, but aimed at giving Black users more control over graphic images and their mental health. Such violent content can lead to symptoms of PTSD. It is not contradictory to demand justice whilst seeking to protect the mental health of users.
