Please sign this petition and share with others if you have been affected by the improper conduct of the Social Good Foundation / Social Good App which is an online provider of a reimbursement / shopping discounts that reimburses you in cryptocurrency for your online shopping with selected partnerships including Ebay and Alibaba, home depot and more.
Their promise is to provide value by providing a unique value proposition & use case which can provide up to 100% (variable) reimbursement on your purchases, which is reimbursed in units of SG tokens / coins, their self designated currency.
As of late january mid February they have frozen ALL WITHDRAWALS due to a “fraud investigation related to users creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses. As a result; they have penalized the entire user base from withdrawing due to their failure to integrate KYC @ account registration and signup before providing access and approvals. This is essentially; a fake “fraud investigation” which is really their own failure @ due diligence during application launch & deployment of the applications early release.
Almost the entire user base has communicated loud and clear to management via their telegram that this is not acceptable and requested these freezes be uplifted and their investigation be conducted without the excessive penalty and damage this does to literally; every user whom is affected by the variable rates due to changes in value of their underlying token, The SG (social good) Token, which is the currency used to provide reimbursement. As such; their applications promises are false representations and users feel used and manipulated, since they are not able to claim ANY value associated to their purchases since they cannot withdraw therefore almost voiding the entire value proposition that leads to any of their users signing up!
This petition IS A DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO GET THE ATTENTION of the Management Team @ The Social Good Foundation & to request CHANGES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
Given this is NOT THE FAULT OF THE ENTIRE USER BASE AND IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3-4 WEEKS OF FREEZES, In order to RIGHTFULLY grant users what they signed up for and enable them the FREEDOM AND RIGHT TO WITHDRAW WHEN THEY WANT TO, ALL WITHDRAWALS AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS MUST BE REMOVED COMPLETELY SINCE THESE LIMITS ALSO PREVENT KYC
IN ADDITION; EXCESSIVE LIQUIDATIONS DUE TO BOTTLENECKING THEIR ONLWN SYSTEM IS NOT SOMETHING USERS SHOULD BE ON THE HOOK FOR.
the entire reason for the freeze is “fraud investigation” related to account duping (duplicate accounts made by same person).
this petition is also a reminder for SG foundation / app, that account duping is THEIR responsibility and that they must take responsibility for their own development flaws and their development team holds the responsibility for failing to make considerations and enacting limits to enforce (1) account per person rules such as limiting app access to accounts that have PROACTIVELY KYC AND PROVEN THEIR IDENTITY.
as such SG foundation CANNOT penalize their entire user base for what is essentially THEIR MISTAKE
By virtue of this petition: We are calling for change to this horrible decision and request FIRM DEADLINES FOR WHEN THE SOLUTION WILL BE LIVE AND ACTIVE THIS INFORMATION MUST BE PUBLICIZED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE WEBSITE NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT DESPERATELY OR SPam a telegram JUST TO BE IGNORED AND PROVIDED NON ANSWERS AND EXCUSES FOR DELAY
THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDUCT IS INAPPROPRIATE EXPLOITATION OF SOCIAL GOODS ENTIRE USER BASE AND THE GOOD FAITH CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS HAVE HAD IN:
signing up
making purchases
spreading word of mouth
vouching for this application's legitimacy
using this application for its (1) single intended use and associated value proposition — which is to receive rewards for their purchases in SG.
if the SG changes in value because of significant delays; then their advertised rates become false advertising and their value proposition becomes a falsehood and a lie.
unless social good intends to GUARANTEE NO USER WILL BE PENALIZED WITHOUT SUBSEQUENT FOLLOW UP AND REIMBURSEMENT TO TOP OFF USERS BACK TO THEIR PROMISED AMOUNTS (up to 100% purchase value) via GUARANTEES
THEN
SOCIAL GOOD MUST DO THE RIGHT THING AND REMOVE ANY AND ALL FREEZES BLOCKS OR THRESHOLDS PREVENTING USER WITHDRAWALS
THEY MUST MAKE IT KNOWN TO USERS VIA A PROVIDED DATE AND TIME OF AN UPDATE THAT WILL ALLOW USERS TO WITHDRAW BEYOND 500$ And under 300$
they MUST ENABLE KYC TO BE CONDUCTED FOR EXISTING USERS AT ANY TIME NOT JUST UPON WITHDRAWAL GIVEN THEIR MANUAL REVIEW PROCESS CAUSES MORE DELAYS AND IS UNETHICAL AND IMPROPER CORPORATE CONDUCT
THE REAL FRAUDS HERE SEEMS TO BE SOCIAL GOOD FOUNDATION WHICH MISREPRESENTS THE VALUE USERS WILL RECEIVE FROM SIGNUP.
in addition to this; KYC CANNOT BE ACCESSED (they added it but its on last page of withdrawal prompts)
in addition: PROMISED STAKING REWARDS that are supposed to auto apply every 6 hours are not provided for balances held within the SG app.
this means that SG is NOT prioritizing their corporate promises and they are undermining and essentially false advertising, every single value proposition that leads to the use of their application; or any “demand” for units of SG
they offer:
- refunds up to 100% up to 10000$ in SG which essentially is negated by the inability to derive this value due to locked and frozen withdrawals
Second offering is:
holders of SG receive staking rewards every 6 hours if they HOLD SG which is negated by the fact that even once SG is APPROVED in the account and withdrawable; no one is receicing staking rewards AT ALL let alone every 6 hours which negates any value to hold units of SG

YOU MUST ALLOW USERS TO WITHDRAW THEIR SG, NOT TOMORROW, OR NEXT WEEK, BUT NOW, TODAY.
FURTHER FREEZES AND PENALTIES TO USERS WHOM HAVE CONDUCTED THEMSELVES REGULARLY AND NOT DUPLICATED ACCOUNTS SHOULD NOT SUFFER FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCE OR VALUE REDUCTIONS FROM ANY FURTHER DELAY
IF YOU DELAY: YOU MUST PROVIDE USERS WITH GUARANTEES AND RENEW YOUR PROMISES TO THEM
THE APPROPRIATE SOLUTION IS:
- Take responsibility for your development teams errors in failing to integrate KYC at the account signup / registration / creation level. Your team failed to do this. This is the most universal and simplistic way to PROACTIVELY PREVENT ACCOUNT DUPLICATION if you foresaw or knew this would affect your project in any way.
further it is NOT YOUR USERBASE WHOM SHOULD PAY FOR THIS INVESTIGATION.
banks conduct investigations of a complex and financial nature ALONGSIDE MAINTAINING OPERATIONS AS USUAL, Every Single Day.
you must allow users to get what they signed up for; OR YOU MUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE BAIT AND SWITCHING USERS AND OR FALSE ADVERTISING IF YOU DO NOT PUBLISH THIS DRAMATIC FREEZE WHICH COMPLETELY CHANGES THE VALUE THAT BRINGS PEOPLE TO YOUR PLATFORM, border-lining on completely false misrepresentation and false expectations due to misinformation and failed corporate responsibility to effectively inform users via email updates and appropriate cadences or website updates THAT ARE OPENLY VISIBLE AND ACCESSIBLE ON A HOME PAGE VIA STATUS UPDATES AFFECTING WITHDRAWALS - The gateway to value proposed for sign up OR STATUS UPDATES related to STAKING REWARDS which arent being distributed EVEN TO THOSE HOLDING APPROVED SG BALANCES IN THEIR SG ACCOUNTS!
Social Good Foundation. THIS MUST STOP AND YOU MUST PROVIDE USERS WITH THEIR RIGHTFUL ACCESS TO WITHDRAW.
IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO FREEZE UP TO 24 HOURS BEYOND THAT IT IS UNETHICAL AND BORDERLINES ON ILLEGAL FRAUD AND MISINFORMATION.
WE DEMAND ACCESS TO WHAT WE WERE PROMISED.
YOUR FAULT = YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
NO KYC UNTIL YESTERDAY = YOUR MISTAKE NOT THE USER BASE’S!
Solution proposed:
1) REINSTATE & Allow Withdrawals to resume immediately; inform everyone equally and with equal opportunity via website email telegram and all distribution lists, of a time and date where they will have their right to withdraw restored.
2) REMOVE ALL THRESHOLDS ON WITHDRAWALS. This means all thresholds for all withdrawals. Low and high. Everyone should be able to claim and withdraw. Thresholds on reimbursement were not provided for withdrawals of SG into wallets or accounts. Only for maximum purchase reimbursement. That makes these thresholds unethical and improperly implemented and illegal in several countries.
3) ENABLE AND ALLOW KYC TO BE COMPLETED FOR EXISTING USERS ON THEIR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PAGES - NOT AT THE END OF ALL THE WITHDRAWAL PROMPTS ON THE LAST SCREEN. Given 1&2 most users CANNOT EVEN ACCESS KYC PRESENTLY since they cant reach the screen due to locks and freezes creating error prompts and blocking them from reaching the KYC as it is currently implemented.
4) TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKE AS A COMPANY AND HONOR YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR USERS OR COMPENSATE THEM OTHERWISE IN MORE SG FOR VARIANCES AND VARIABLE EFFECT THAT HAS DAMAGED THE VALUE OF THE SG THEY HELD FORCEFULLY DURING YOUR UNETHICALLY LONG FREEZES.
5) IMPLEMENT KYC WHERE IT BELONGS (to prevent account duplication) - DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND ACCOUNT VERICATION / ID checking, Just like banks do before and crypto exchanges do also…. do it AT THE ACCOUNT CREATION AND REGISTRATION STAGE. BEFORE anyone purchases or starts using the app; they should be verified. Not 2-3 months later AT THE SAME TIME AS THEYRE WITHDRAWING. This is INSANITY and quite sincerely, Insanely unethical and improper.

they have enabled withdrawals up to 500$ with a MINIMUM threshold of 300$ to withdraw. Essentially anyone under 300$ cannot withdraw, anyone over 500$ is in the same boat. Only users with balances between 300 and 500$ can withdraw.
