Alliance against physical restraint in psychiatric care (精神科医療の身体拘束を考える会)

May 25, 2018
Thanks again for your support. Most important since the last update: We delivered the petition to the Ministry on 17 May, the anniversary of Kelly’s passing, had a press conference with other victims on 19 May, and had several articles written about our efforts.
I attach a photo of us delivering the petition, and below are links to the articles and to a recording of the press conference. When we printed the petition there were about 6010 signatures, and now there are over 7300. We will continue accepting signatures until the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare makes concrete changes.
