Snowshoe is a massive resort, in the summer months they have many activities including downhill mountain biking, ATV tours, XC MTB, and more. In addition Snowshoe is the host of the GNCC, which is a huge event that brings many dirt bikes to the mountain, however there is no riding permitted beyond the ATV tours once the GNCC is gone.

Snowshoe has a massive selection of fire roads that would be perfect start to what would be equivalent to the Hatfield Mccoy trails that is much further south/west. If Snowshoe would open such a trail system this summer, not only would it be 3-4 hour closer to those of us in or around the DC area, it would be perfect for the entire family to vacation, as Snowshoe has many kid activities including lake boating, sandy beach with play sets, rock climbing, eurobungy, heated and unheated swimming pools, spa, many restaurants, and more.

Please help us show Snowshoe that you support having an ATV trails like the Hatfield Mccoy trails as an option for you and your family to enjoy.
