A mathematics paper revolves around how well you manage your time limit to get most out of the paper. Hence the key is to stay calm and coherent throughout the exam which isn't always the case when question paper is filled with trickier and lengthy questions.
Such was a scenario experienced by the batch of 2016 where most of the students found paper to be quite lengthy and complicated, especially the ones which had to attempt the section C in which 5 yearly moving averages eaten a good chump of time and hence proved to be a blow for commerce students.

  This is rather unfortunate for the cases of us examinees. Math is that one paper which makes or breaks our percentage. We all depend on Math to save our asses for a bad Physics or Chemistry paper. Now, if the paper is lengthy, the last few answers look something almost unreadable.

  There was simply no time for revision. The compulsory section simply took way too much time for us to complete. Even though I finished on time, you would find a lot of pencil work on the answer sheet. This happened as a result of conflict in how to proceed. I had my doubts in most of the sums I attempted which is a sign of the paper being of higher standard(I can't say tough. It's very relative. But you paper went badly, I feel you and I'm there with you.)

  The limit sum was different and complicated and could have been done in many ways. That is not the type of dilemma an ISC candidate should be having. The kind of dilemmas he should be having is whether Q3 is easier or Q4. The determinants and inverse trigonometry sum were not from ML Agarwal, which was a cause for concern for many students. They were from RD Sharma, CBSE. Very few people could do either. TheRolle's theorem sum seemed easy till we actually started doing it. The last part messed all of us up.

   

Therefore,i wanted to start a petition through this site so that this message could go to Honorable education minister of India, Ms. Smriti Irani such that she could take some action over this issue.
