Our mission is to ensure that the Smith College Equestrian Center stays open and that the Smith Equestrian Team continues as a varsity sport at this on-campus facility. 

For all signing the petition, the Smith College equestrian program was an integral part of our overall college or horse experience and taught us life lessons that helped us grow to become the leaders we are today. Future generations of Smithies and members of the Northampton community must be provided with the same experience, opportunity, and accessibility to ride on campus. Anyone interested in preserving the Varsity Smith College Equestrian team and the Smith College Equestrian Center is invited to sign. No formal affiliation with Smith College is needed.
