I would like to start a petition to have an emoji for people with the skin condition vitiligo. I feel strongly on the subject because vitiligo is now a more lcommon condition that people have and struggle with. Vitiligo is a condition that causes patchy loss of skin coloring (pigmentation). The average age of onset of vitiligo is in the mid-twenties, but it can appear at any age. It tends to progress over time, with larger areas of the skin losing pigment. Some people with vitiligo also have patches of pigment loss affecting the hair on their scalp or body. Companies are able to come out with all different emojis including purple emojis however we still don’t have a two toned one. I would love for everyone to come support my movement  in order to change the world as we know it. Social media has a great influence in society and we would love to be apart of it.
