A Petition to Protect, Preserve, and to Mitigate the
Cultural Integrity of Waipiʻo Valley,
a Wahipana, Moku Puni o Hamakua, Moku o Keawe Ko Hawaiʻi Pae ʻAina

We the undersigned agree to the facts, data, laws, and items contained herein to enable a uniform body of Kanaka Maoli, Kuleana landowners, lawful landholders, and the community at large to promulgate and legislate for laws that provide for the continued protection and preservation of Waipiʻo.

• Waipiʻo agricultural and conservation district
• Waipiʻo is not a Public Beach Access
• The Public safety and sanitation of Waipiʻo are in dire need of address
• The Tourism Industry maintains no fiscal or other responsibilities towards the well-being of Waipiʻo Valley
• Cultural disrespect and illegal trespass are a common nuisance
• Future and immediate curator actions are imperative

STOP ALL RENTAL VEHICULAR TRAFFIC FROM ENTERING INTO THE VALLEY
