Brad Harris for President of Lone Star Park...Make Lone Star Park Great Again

Brad Harris for President of Lone Star Park...Make Lone Star Park Great Again
The Issue
Lone Star Park is mismanaged at the highest levels and needs to be under new executive management. While the facilities have been remarkably improved over recent years, customer service has lapsed and employees who provide great customer service are not rewarded and those that provide horrible service are propped up by executive management who are not privy to the day to day operations.
This petition is to Skip Seeley, the CEO of Global Gaming, to make Brad Harris the new President of Lone Star Park and promote the current manager of the bar and book to VP of Operations. That person is the one person in Lone Star management who is exemplary in a world of commonplace. His customer service is far superior to the executives over him and he actually has some semblance of what it takes to run a successful business. Unfortunately his hands are tied by his executives due to a culture of secrecy, politics, and lack of commitment and dedication to running a first class operation.
As such change is necessary at the highest levels of Lone Star Park. The park we know and love is hemorrhaging money, lacking in quality service, propping up sub par employees who are not dedicated to Global Gaming's vision, underpaying their quality dedicated employees from managers down to bussers, fostering a culture of secrecy, and not valuing its guests who spend their hard earned money at the "Park."
In short change is needed from the outside that will bring innovative ideas to a dying racing industry in North Texas. At the bare minimum we would like an open discussion forum with the CEO and COO of Global Gaming to discuss putting appropriate leadership in place at Lone Star Park.
This will make Lone Star Park Profitable Again,
This will make Lone Star Park Provide Great Customer Service Again,
This will make Lone Star Park Be a Great Place To Work Again, and most importantly...
This Will Make Lone Star Park Great Again.
