Tomorrow is presentation day, the day we’ve been waiting for, we need the city on board. The task is up to me to get them to allow us to continue the project. Gonna be taken it a bit easy today and get some skateboarding in. Plus some other things needing to be taken care of. If all goes well with the presentation, the next step is getting in contact with skatepark project or the Tony Hawk foundation to put the application in for a grant for the construction and building of a skatepark, ive already contacted the dreamland skateparks and gave them a heads up of the situation, when the time comes. If and when we are approved to continue a designated trust fund will be opened up to start the fundraising as the grant process will take some time i assume, you dont just get those over night. We can begin by creating more ways to fund raise, and build community support through giveaways and social events.
