Subject- Service getting worse We are the users of Siti Broadband Kolkata, but today this mail is to inform you that Siti Broadband service is deteriorating day by day,Not only for single user , but for almost all users. and not getting the torbox support like other isp. All problems described in brief here underneath. **almost 90% torrent not peered** 1) webcache site not give proper downloading speed . 2) Facebook.com & more sites slow loading, need too much time to load & high ping. 3) Torrent peering speed decreased gradually previous days. 4) Torbox doesnot supported but other isp does like(pmpl, alliance, kosnet wish net , speed net). thats why we can't get maximum peering 5) daily ping loss & RTO problem. 6) 90% files are not peered. 7) daily basic after 9pm night dns ping high problem (172.16.0.1) , & google dns(8.8.8.8) 8) online game server very high ping & high latancy, 9) Perring site like, Djmaza+Webmusic+Bengali­mp3 , webmusic not get cache speed  siti bb user want to        torbox.net ,xbt cache       & ping problem solved & torrent peering storage increase Problem result not only single test or single time, all are compared with previous experience, test with another ISP etc. IMPORTANT: We need torbox peering support as soon as possible... all isp users are getting torbox support except siti broadband. We are requesting “Siti Broadband”, soon as possible stable its service, we all know “Siti Broadband” is best ISP in Kolkata and ROB, so don’t destroy this fame of "Siti Broadband ". if siti management authority don’t take any action siti will lost many customar :
