I am creating this petition to bring attention to multiple customer complaints regarding Sirphire Pvt. Ltd.

Several customers, including myself, have reported a similar experience: payment was successfully made for an order, but the order was not packed or shipped and the product was not delivered. Customers have also reported difficulties getting a proper response from customer support regarding their orders or refunds.

This appears to be affecting multiple customers, rather than being an isolated individual complaint. Many customers have independently reached out to share similar experiences.

We are requesting that Sirphire provide clear answers and appropriate resolutions to all affected customers, including delivery of paid orders or refunds where applicable.

We also request that the appropriate consumer authorities take note of the complaints and investigate the matter if necessary.

This petition is intended to bring together genuine affected customers and demonstrate the scale of the consumer grievances. Customers signing this petition are encouraged to retain their order confirmations, payment receipts, invoices, communications and other relevant evidence.
