The legalisation of Gelsoft In Singapore

The legalisation of Gelsoft In Singapore

The Issue

gel blaster are gaining popularity over the world. It is safer than paintball and in countries such as Taiwan popularity has exceeded airsoft (airsoft is allowed in Taiwan), because the whole family can engage in this game.

However due to the fact that the toys are often mistaken for airsoft or having the ability to cause serious injury, or may look too much like a real firearm, the general public are unclear as to whether it can be allowed. This results in the default “ban” status in people’s mind.

We are hoping the authorities will make an effort to study this hobby, the benefits it brings to the community and physical wellbeing, fact that it is safer than paintball which is already allowed.

If the law requires everyone to register their toy blaster. Make sure they are responsible for not making it look like a real firearm. Also make sure they are responsible for their own blaster. Add the fact that it is safer than paintball. I don’t see a reason why we cannot play as well
