Having a statement beside your yearbook photo has been a common practice and tradition at almost every single high school. Sinclair has been doing it for years.This year the grade 12's at Sinclair Secondary school will not be getting year book quotes because of the yearbook team. Sinclair secondary school student graduating this year and for the following years will miss out on a major part of their high school experience. Your graduation quote is something people talk about years after high school, it reflects on the kind of person you are and creates memories. If students are paying the fee for the yearbooks they should be getting what it's worth. Even if the seniors have to pay an extra fee, it should still be an option to have a statement.

Signing this petition will encourage the school to put the quotes back into the yearbooks. If we don't have quotes one year, it sets a precedent and most likely will continue for the rest of the years to come.
