This petition is against a company called Simplex.com who scammed people for Bitcoin purchases using credit / debit cards. On 6 May 2019 , I did a transaction of $50 to buy Bitcoins through BTC.com Simplex was partnered for.

Due to some reason the transaction went through at the same time denying my ID verification several times (their verification system is useless). I emailed (support@simplexcc.com) them to seek refund for my transaction but instead they throwed me this below response:

Thank you for contacting Simplex support. 
Please note that your card will not be charged. The money was not taken out of your account yet as this is just an authorization check. However, if you do decide to cancel the transaction, the authorization should be voided by your bank within the next 48-72 business hours after the cancellation.

Please let me know if you still wish to cancel your transaction. If so, I will cancel it immediately.

As of this post (13 May 2019) I never seen $50 back to my bank account. Although $50 is small but horrified to find complaints online against Simplex.com people lost more than $1000.

Coming back to their mail , It has been more than 48-72 and where is my money? You will receive emails with these words "authorization check/hold" everytime and no clear explanation about your transaction (I mailed them again and again to get more answers). Simplex.com just know to play around by holding your funds which is 100% fake reason.

The most annoying thing is they claim your card wasnt charged , if it wasnt then why you have been debited from your account ?

Simplex.com wanted me to contact Bank if they are holding my money ! Man .. How could they ? No Banks no matter which country you belong they will not hold your money unnecessarily so refund do happens. They just want to blame the Bank for your loss ! I mean do you think we are DUMB ?

People this post is to make sure no one uses Simplex.com and to RAISE VOICE of your financial loss against this SCAM company who just know to STEAL money from innocent individuals. You can comment your experiences in this post but please do provide evidences to prove your point.

Please share this Petition and Support my cause to take this Simplex.com down or they REFUND all our hard earned money back. I will not allow them to get away just like that !
