NON-SERVICE DELIVERY REGARDING SEWAGE CRISIS IN SILVERGLEN & KASTURDENE ROAD (CROFTDENE)

UPDATE: 25 FEBRUARY 2021

1. We have secured over 500 signatures on the pledge so far. Although fantastic, we can do better!! Please forward the pledge link to all residents and also gather outside support if possible.

2. Councillor Tony was contacted. He says an in loco inspection was carried out in September 2020. Please follow the post on the Ethekwini Ward 70 Facebook page.
He has emailed our pledge to the Water & Sanitation Department this morning.

3. The pledge has been signed by him and posted onto his Facebook page in order to gain more support.

3. We have good news. The Rising Sun will be covering this story in Tuesday's edition.

4. As a community, we are also entitled to bring on a class action suit against the municipality. This would garner the most success in getting them to resolve the matter. It would expedite our cause. More information will be given to you about this in due course.
