Supposed source of the problem

As per communication by Shaun Hammond:

We traced the stench to a dead-end road in Kasturdene Road and Ilk Close (Croftdene).The Sanitation Dept did clear out a major blockage on Monday (22 February 2021) which was causing a serious sewer overflow problem into our rivers. The waste residue however is still RAW and clinging to rocks and embankment. Apparently this blockage occurs from time to time.
