According to the U.S. State Department , Saudi Arabia’s “government considers its legitimacy to rest in part on its custodianship of the two Holy Mosques in Mecca and Medina.” As early as 1986, Saudi “King” Fahd unilaterally adopted the official title “Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques,” as part of the kingdoms multi-billion dollar effort to export Wahhabism world-wide, including to Muslim communities in the United States and Europe. Several sources estimate over $100 billion was spent to manufacture the false appearance of a spontaneous grassroots religious movement (within mainstream Orthodox Islam).

While the Saudi state-sponsored doctrine has contributed to the indiscriminate massacre of innocent civilians world-wide, and is responsible for inspiring the September 11 terrorist attacks, the U.S. government  continues to recycle Saudi propaganda in White House press releases (see below “White House Statements & Releases” heading).

KEY FINDINGS

  • Adherents of the White House endorsed religio-political ideology (“Wahhabism”) constitute a minority of the Muslim population (roughly 3% according to Security Experts).
  • U.S. Government officials use the term “radical Islamic” to associate the violent acts committed by Wahhabist with the mainstream Muslim community/ Islamic faith - while shielding themselves from liability and scrutiny.

WHITE HOUSE STATEMENTS & RELEASES

ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE

To determine whether the challenged governmental action constitutes an impermissible "endorsement" of religion.

  1. See, e.g., Allegheny, 492 U.S. at 592 (inquiry is whether the government "convey[s] or attempt[s] to convey a message that religion or a particular religious belief is favored or preferred")
  2. ("[A]n important concern of the effects test is whether the symbolic union of church and state effected by the challenged governmental action is sufficiently likely to be perceived by adherents ... as an endorsement, and by nonadherents as a disapproval, of their individual religious choices").

In his statement on freedom of conscience and the separation of church and state, Thomas Jefferson writes “that...legislators and rulers [...] being themselves but fallible and uninspired men have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavouring to impose them on others, hath established and maintained false religions over the greatest part of the world and through all time... ” - Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom January 16, 1786

SIGN NOW and let your voice be heard loud and clear...“That it is time enough for the rightful purposes of civil government, for its officers to interfere when principles break out into overt acts against peace and good order; and finally, that Truth is great, and will prevail if left to herself, that she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict, unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons free argument and debate, errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them.”
