Coronavirus Canceled Events

The Issue

           - ATTENTION TICKET MASTER - YOU NEED TO REFUND THE MONEY ON CANCELED  EVENTS AS PEOPLE ARE REQUESTING. STOP PLAYING GAMES! DURING THIS CORONAVIRUS CRISIS PEOPLE NEED THAT MONEY TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES AND PAY THEIR BILLS. SOME OF THE PEOPLE ASKING FOR A REFUND MAY HAVE TESTED POSITIVE TO COVID-19 AND THAT MONEY WILL DEFINITELY HELP THEM! PLUS IT'S THEIR MONEY NOT YOURS. DO THE RIGHT THING AND REFUND THEIR MONEY BACK!!!

It is no secret that we are facing financial difficulties as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. This health crisis is threatens to push the world into recession like we have probably never experienced before. People are struggling to feed their families, jobs are being lost and  hours are being reduced  as a result of the pandemic.

Unfortunately, In the middle of this Coronavirus crisis where millions of people are facing financial strains, some companies are taking advantage of their customers by not refunding the money  on canceled events. It's the case with Ticket Master.

Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. is a multi million  ticket sales and distribution company based in Beverly Hills, California with operations in many countries around the world. However, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, thousands of events has been canceled. When customers try to reach out to the company to issue a refund on cancelled events, unfortunately there is not available options to start a refund process. Instead,  customers are being directed to the company's main website to be informed that the event has been "POSTPONED -  NOT CANCELED." As a result, there are not refunds available. Even worse is that NOW neither of  their SUPPOSEDLY   "24/7 customer or Live Chat support services are available". Basically  they have shut down pretty  much all kinds of communication for customers looking  for a refund on canceled events.

Strategically, Ticket Master and it's allied are simply postponing the events to avoid refunding the money back to the customers when we don't even know when we gonna be done with the Coronavirus crisis. It could takes several months or years before we go back to normal. In the mean time, people across America struggle to eat during this crisis!

Ticketmaster's customers  are very disappointed  with  the company for not refunding their money on canceled events when it's needed the most! A simple look at their Facebook page will show thousands of comments from angry customers begging for their money to be refunded. Ticket  Master MUST stop taking advantage of  people during this Coronavirus crisis! Seriously, is this the way customers  should  be treated during this financial hardship?

Sign this petition to help thousands of people to get their money back on canceled events. Ticket Master must stop holding people's money and should issue immediate refunds on all canceled events due to the Coronavirus! No questions asked! People are struggling to feed their families and pay their bills during this Coronavirus crisis!
