Give honest & accurate information about the disruptions at London Bridge #LondonBridgeTrains

The Issue

Major works were carried out over Christmas and New Year at London Bridge station. Since then there have been constant delays, cancellations and dangerous overcrowding to train services in and out of the station.

Reports attribute these to overunning engineering works but today Southern Rail tweeted the problems are likely to continue to 2018.

Fares went up again on 1st January.

We deserve a better and safer service. Failing that accurate information about services will allow us to plan our days and make work and personal commitments in the mornings and evenings.

We ask Southern Rail and London Bridge management to:

1) Give us honest and accurate information about services and the likely duration of problems

2) Freeze fares until disruption is fixed

3) Urgently address overcrowding safety issues at London Bridge station

4) Make delay repay more transparent
