73% of students qualify for free & reduced lunch 
African-American/Black students at Noel saw the second highest CMAS ELA & Math achievement in the state
English Language Learners saw the highest CMAS ELA & Math achievement in the state
Hispanic student CMAS ELA & Math achievement was the fourth highest in the state.     
18-19 CMAS scores showed the highest combined MS growth in DPS, and second highest combined MS growth in the state.
Community Support

Noel is a neighborhood school: 62% of students are from the Gateway/Montbello neighborhood, and 30% of them come from nearby GVR.  
Each class since opening in 2018 has been fully enrolled and has demonstrated strong market demand during the choice window.   
Nearby DSST: GVR HS has one of the longest waitlists in the city EVERY year with over 300 students 
Due to lack of high quality options, 32% of eligible FNE high school students have elected to attend schools outside of the FNE region
