WE, the students, staff, teachers, parents, local business owners, neighbors, entire community DEMAND Waukegan School Board to          " F I  R E " SUPERINTENDENT PLASCENCIA  for the following reasons"

1) G A N G S  / V I O L E N C E  / G UN S                                  -   Waukegan High School is a battleground for RIVAL DRUG GANGS !! Fights have escalated, numerous per day and many with GUNS  interrupting the education of ALL students- a form of domestic TERRORISM inside schools. Its a Miracle no one has been KILLED !!!   

2) D R U G S                                                                                         increased use of drugs by students has reached a Health Crisis level - students have OVERDOSED INSIDE SCHOOL DURING SCHOOL DAY

3) PORNO / SEX                                                                            Parents/staff have reported incidents of PORN and SEX by WPS employees inside school but were ignored, harassed,retaliated,fired

4) Superintendent has hired many CPS Admin/Employees/Contractors -   several CPS hires were on" NO HIRE " list in Chicago -a revolving door while targeting/ firing  Waukegan Teachers and Administrators                                                                                                                                        5) FRAUD/CORRUPTION                                                                                  - Since the arrival of Plascencia, complaints of fraud and corruption have been endless including GIFT CARDS, PURCHASE of BANK BLDG,etc

6) MISSING FILES                                                                                          - In 2017. Plascencia's file went missing after NEWSUN reporter submitted a FOIA for a copy of it. Now, in 2022 a FOIA submitted for the job application of WHITTIER SCHOOL former JENNIFER McBRIDE (aka ELLEN)  a defendant in the Federal Indictment FRAUD SCHEME Feb 2022 -was requested and claimed " UNABLE TO LOCATE DOCUMENT(s) ..."  

7) FLORIDA                                                                               - Many complaints Superintendent is " MIA" -not seen, never returns calls by parents with staff saying she actually resides in FLORIDA , and flies in occasionally- BUT her contract requires her to reside in Waukegan

Waukegan School Board members have just sait there useless for the past 6 years !! INCREASING HER SALARY  !!!!-  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ,
