We forestalled the recommended resolutions from being adopted by the UNHRC, but the Report remains unchallenged on the permanent records of the UNHRC and is being touted in publications as a “UN Report”.

It could be actioned at any time by UNHRC and remains available as a "source" for alienating litigants to undermine victims in Family Court. 

We're looking at how to persuade the UN to undertake Action items 2 and 3, and properly apply due diligence to this document.
