Is this a "win"?

Her new position seems to be:

"Parental alienation is real and harmful, but the name 'parental alienation' is unsuitable for some reason."

However, UNSRVAW's Report did not seek any recommendation to change the name of the phenomenon -  she sought to outlaw the concept from Family Courts.

In seeking this outcome, she slandered respected scientists and devalued and denigrated victims of abuse. She betrayed her mandate and sought to mislead the UNHRC, bringing into doubt the validity of the entire Special Rapporteur regime.

(In any event, the words "parental alienation" adequately describe what they are supposed to describe)

Her conduct is wholly unacceptable and ought to be independently scrutinised.
