For far too long there has been a issue with the assistant manager at the Main Street A&W in Penticton BC

I personally have had multiple issues with rob and recently another post on the penticton page has gotten almost 200 comments regarding his unprofessional and degrading behaviour.

His ongoing behaviour towards employees is very degrading and wrong using words like “this isn’t rocket science” “do it now and I said now” gossiping throughout the work space about other employees (many who are minors) and aswell as ALLEGATIONS of him making creepy comments towards past employees

there has been multiple attempts to bring attention to the general manager but no action seems to ever happen so with this petition I will personally be sending it to the general manager as well as head office and if still no action has been taken at that point I will be sending to work safe BC

I am asking ANYONE who has had a bad experience, has worked at this facility with him who has had a bad experience, or anyone that wants to see a change to please sign this petition so we can get justice for the ongoing degrading and rude behaviour.

these employees deserve better, our community deserves better. Let’s make a change happen!
