There are a lot of kids walking down roads at lunchtime to the local store. Drivers do not always adhere to posted speeds, and this puts pedestrians at risk. 

I would like to see pathways put where people walk daily. It would be a benefificial to everyone including those who use walkers, scooters, wheelchairs or strollers in addition it will keep our children off the road.

The areas I would like to see this are mainly the schools to the RM and store. As well as around the graveyard, senior housing, Gaudry center and bank. 

I believe doing this will help prevent unnecessary accidents and give people in our community somewhere safe to walk and ease access to services. 

I would like to get the RM of St Laurent and Manitoba Highways to look into this.
