Sikeston PAWS  located in Sikeston MO is a shelter owned by the City of Sikeston.  This shelter has had a reputation for having animals euthanized before the 10 day hold is up and by lying to local vets saying they are aggressive. They operate outside of normal standards and have killed several residence animals without any justification. Shutting down this shelter will allow someone to open a shelter that is a no kill shelter and allow the animals a fair chance to live and be reunited with their family.
