I am joining the list of petitions to Shutdown Roblox for good.

I am going after using legal bases under federal laws.

The first law Roblox violated is laws that prohibits Child endangerment. I reported two games that depicts it which is tossing a infant down a car shredder and drowning them in a oversized toilet 4 times and they didn't remove them, making them accomplice in this violations of law, who knows how many more that violates it.

The second law Roblox violated is inciting violence to active/former Presidents of the United States. The same two games I reported depicts tossing former president Obama down the car shredder and that oversize toilet 4 times. Which how many more of those games that violates this law that Roblox failed to remove.

The third is the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution under both free speech and freedom of expression. The Right to be forgotten and Right of Erasure violates the 1A under freedom of expression which these policies are European origin. The safe chat which ended up violating 1A under Freedom of Speech due to it becoming used as a censorship.

Roblox HQ is located in California USA, which they have to follow US Federal laws first. Including the US Constitution. But with the violations of those federal laws and others I don't know about, the only logical action is to shutdown Roblox permanently. As I'd be in trouble as I requested Right of Erasure and Right to be forgotten on three accounts not knowing they violate 1A under freedom of expression, and I want my right to delete accounts without asking the staff to do it. 

The only thing that will allow the alternative is restore all accounts that used Right to be forgotten and right of erasure ranging from first initiated to the start of Roblox itself( like my accounts Solomon_Arcadia"2024", SBB_Arcadia"2017", & Webbk01"2016"(any accounts that used the same names of the original account name have to be renamed unless original user says otherwise for example the current user that uses the name "webbk01" will have to change the name as when my account of same name is restored unless I say otherwise and change my account name) will be restored to just before the Right of Erasure & Right to be forgotten is initiated) then remove the policy, Permanently ban users that violated the  federal laws Child endangerment, inciting violence to active/ former presidents of the US, and other laws, Remove safe chat for good, and let users delete their accounts on their own terms without contacting Roblox staff. These conditions are firm & final and must be fulfilled to avoid shutdown.
