Shut Down the Techstarvoip TSAI Crypto Scam – Demand Investigation and Accountability Now

The Issue

WHO THE PETITION IS ADDRESSED TO:

  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
  • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other online platforms
  • State Attorneys General

PETITION INTRO/OBJECTIVE:
We, the undersigned, call on the FTC, SEC, and leading online platforms to investigate and take immediate action against TechStar TSAI — a fraudulent crypto-trading scheme that has financially devastated individuals through deceptive marketing, false promises, and a total lack of accountability.

Victims deserve justice. The platforms enabling this scam must be held responsible, and stronger protections must be put in place to prevent further harm.

FULL PETITION DESCRIPTION:
Techstarvoip TSAI promoted itself as a “cutting-edge AI crypto trading platform” offering hands-free wealth generation. In reality, it’s a dangerous network marketing scam that misleads users, exploits trust, and causes financial ruin for unsuspecting individuals.

Victims were lured in with professional-looking websites, TicTok, YouTube videos, and other social media promotions — many of which remain online even today. They were promised high returns from AI-powered crypto bots and encouraged to recruit others. In truth, many never saw their money again, and any “profits” were manipulated or fabricated.

Here’s what we demand:

  • A full investigation of TechStar TSAI by the FTC and SEC for fraud, deceptive marketing, and potential Ponzi activity.
  • Removal of all promotional content related to TechStar TSAI from TicTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms to prevent new victims from being misled.
  • Public warnings and alerts issued by state and federal agencies to educate and protect consumers.
  • Accountability for promoters and organizers who knowingly pushed this scam.
  • Support resources for victims to seek legal guidance and financial recovery options.

This isn’t just about one scam — it’s about making sure platforms, promoters, and shady companies know they can’t get away with exploiting people. Many of the victims are retirees, single parents, and individuals trying to rebuild their lives. They deserve better.

Let’s stand together. Let’s protect others. Let’s demand justice.

CALL TO ACTION:
Please sign and share this petition to amplify the voices of the victims. If TechStar TSAI has impacted you, add your story in the comments to raise awareness and build pressure for action.

The more people who sign, the louder our message becomes — and the harder it will be for authorities to ignore.
