Dear Friends

Thank you to everyone signing and sharing the petition.  Today is the 15th anniversary of the Fukushima nuclear disaster following the earthquake and tsunami.  We will be in Market Square, Lancaster City Centre on Saturday 14th at 10.30 to 12.30 to light a candle in remembrance of the ongoing Fukushima disaster and to hand out leaflets about the petition.  Everyone is welcome.

Your actions in signing and sharing have made sure the petition has made it into the Lancaster Guardian and the Morning Star.  This is a good start.  The situation of the cracking reactors and our call to close them down does need wide exposure so the more signatures and shares the better chance we have of avoiding a disaster.
