Hello, my name is Matthew Bicknell. I am staying at the Riverfront Inn and this place is a total slum full of drug addicts, dealers coming and going, and police are here all the time. trying to get some help cleaning this place up and changing the management because the manager here now does nothing about noise, parties, and drugs. I tried to talk to him about it and he won't do anything. I had to stop loud music last night cause it's 24/7 traffic here from drugs. People walking around on meth and heroin like zombies, fighting all hours of the night. I have an emergency and need to leave and move, so I thought they would give me my damage deposit back but they said no, I have been here for a week and paid $1000 for the damage deposit and pet deposit, and the $1000 for rent. they won't give me anything back. Something shady seems to be happening here and not sure if this manager is stealing money or the company is shady. 

I am on disability, I just moved in here from living in a school bus for over 9 months and then realized this place is one huge drug den. I have an emergency so I have to leave and thought getting my deposit would not be a big deal, but I was way off. I just got that deposit from service BC to finally get a place and I need that to get another one or I am out on the street with my cat. 

I have sent pics of some chats with the manager here i will post showing he does not care about the drugs, the company told me i sould get a loan if i need to leave...

update, The manager here sent a drug user to bang on my door and threatened me to move out, cops were called and they were warned that if they do this again they will be charged. The manager here Dustin Radke is a known scammer and lets everyone here party, do hard drugs, and party every night all night, They offered to kick me out and give me half of my deposit, and they gave me a fake eviction notice that the cop said was fake as well. This place needs to be shut down so I emailed all city officials, the mayor, and bylaw to get help here. 

Child and family services will be coming here to investigate the manager Duntin Radke. When I try to get help here from the manager he also calls the cops on me so i can't contact them about all the problems here. There will be a lot happening here this coming week because this is the biggest problem property in Quesnel.
