Shut Down the Inhumane Zoo - GET TO KNOW ANIMALS CIC - Company number 14940115

The Issue

This Zoo in Epping needs to be closed down asap! Innocent animals have been harmed and killed by the owners animals and this is disgusting. These dogs have also harmed some of the staff.

Between 10-15 guinea pigs and 1 rabbit have been mauled by the dogs. This should have never happened to 1 animal, let alone more!

The personal pain of seeing animals in distress is beyond words. Animals, innocent creatures that they are, being harmed and killed for no fault of theirs, is a sight that brings tears to our eyes. It is best described as frequent instances of lack of compassion, and an utter disregard for the very beings that these people are obligated to protect. As a society, it is our duty to protect these helpless creatures and remove them from the hands of those who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near them.

The World Association of Zoos and Aquariums stresses that a primary role of modern zoos is to promote animal welfare. However, the mistreatment at this specific zoo contradicts all ethical guidelines. This isn't looking after animals; this is cruelty. The care given to these innocent creatures is neither appropriate nor respectful. In the light of this alarming situation, it becomes a moral obligation for us to act.

We demand the immediate shutdown of this zoo, as its conditions harm a defenseless creature's right to live, impair its welfare, and are downright unbearable. Set an example of your humanity by saying no to animal cruelty.

Your signature can save an animal's life. Please sign this petition if you believe that animals deserve better than what they are currently enduring. Let us be the voice of those who cannot speak. Let us strive together to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Let us make a change.

Staff have left this business and have admitted the animal cruelty and a total disregard of the animals even once they are no longer alive. These owners need to be held to account for what they are doing.

Full article is below - viewer discretion advised.  Although they have chosen not to publish the most traumatic images, there are still some of animals which are not alive.
