The Issue

For years, I've watched in anguish as the beloved pets of our community in Nantwich suffer due to the ongoing negligence at Summer Hill Hotel & Spa. Dogs and cats, innocent and defenseless, have endured injuries and even death because of the hotel's inadequacy in providing a safe environment for them. It's disheartening and painful to see these beautiful creatures harmed, and yet, no action has been taken to halt this tragedy.

Every animal deserves protection and care, and they shouldn't be the victims of disregard by an establishment that claims to offer hospitality. Summer Hill Hotel & Spa has a duty to ensure the safety and well-being of not only its guests but also of the animals that interact with its premises. Despite numerous incidents over the years, the management has failed to implement measures to prevent further harm. This consistent oversight is unacceptable.

Regrettably, reports of injuries and fatalities continue to surface, with each heartbreaking story echoing the one before. Concerned residents of Nantwich have long voiced their worries, but our pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Enough is enough.

Summer Hill Hotel & Spa must be held accountable for the repeated distress and harm caused to the animals who happen to cross its path. Shutting it down is the only way to ensure no more pets are subjected to such unnecessary suffering.

We need to stand united in protecting our furry friends by calling upon the relevant authorities to investigate and take immediate action against this hotel's operations. By shutting down Summer Hill Hotel & Spa, we send a powerful message that negligence towards our cherished pets will not be tolerated.

Join us in this crucial fight to safeguard the well-being of our animals. Sign this petition and urge the local authorities to prioritize the safety of all creatures in Nantwich.
